Meet The Team

Will ensures the team are 100% focused on delivering a quality service for our customers, and is keen to develop long-term relationships through collaboration. Outside of work, he is kept busy by his teenage twins and can regularly be found watching or playing sport. 

With an emphasis on quality and a hassle-free supply process, Leigh is responsible for the production of all our steel equipment. Outside work, he enjoys pursuing his lifelong interest in martial arts.

Bob is responsible for managing our more local projects and will be looking to continue the high-quality delivery with existing Clients as well as expanding these opportunities with new customers further afield. Outside of work Bob is a keen cricketer and is looking forward to taking to the field alongside his sons over the coming seasons.

Paul attends the Chair meetings, where he offers his advice and guidance. In his spare time, he enjoys travelling, following rugby, and cooking.

Mandy ensures the smooth running of the businesses both in the office and on-site. In her spare time, she likes spending time with her family and supports the Sheffield Steelers.

Jemma deals with all things design-related for the business. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her dog and family on long walks in the peak district.

Alyssia handles all of the business’s promotion, social media and marketing. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking and walking in the peak district with her dog, Alfie.

Alastair looks after the finances and the accounts for Lightmain. In his spare time, he enjoys rock climbing and walking in the Peak District.

Rebecca develops new opportunities, helping clients turn ideas into successful projects. With a background in sports, she enjoys playing (and coaching!) netball, padel, and watching live sports and music.

Avika is responsible for product design and technical drawings. Outside of work, she enjoys going for walks and picking up new skills. 

Lucas supports Bob with the operational side of the business as part of his apprenticeship. When he’s not playing golf or rugby, you can find him at a Wednesday game.

Aranza helps Alyssia with the businesses digital marketing and communications. In her free time she loves spending time with friends and family, going to the gym, and also filming content.
