Below we have listed out the typical process we follow but of course, each customer is different and we appreciate that you may not necessarily need to go down this route.

Whatever project you have in mind, big or small, our team would love to discuss it with you. We would be happy to do this over the phone, at our offices or, we can come to you.

2. Site Meeting

We can arrange a site visit or an on-site meeting with you to discuss your project needs and requirements in further detail. We will carry out a site survey of the proposed land to determine any special requirements there may be.

3. Design and Quote

Once we know the specifics of the project, our team will produce a concept to suit your budget. A layout drawing and a breakdown of the associated costs can be provided.

4. Manufacture

Once the design has been finalised, our trusted manufacturing partners (which are based in the UK) produce equipment of the highest quality based on the specifications of your project.

5. Installation

Before completion, we carry out a snagging check to make sure the end product is nothing but quality.

Maintenance & Refurbishments

We also offer maintenance and refurbishment services for both products we have and have not installed. If we installed your product then we will check to see if it is still under our warranty guarantee. If not then we can provide you with a quote and information to understand the best route forwards.

  • All of our refurbishments come with a minimum 10-year guarantee.
