Will ensures the team are 100% focused on delivering a quality service for our customers, and is keen to develop long-term relationships through collaboration. Outside of work, he is kept busy by his teenage twins and is a first-time season ticket holder at Sheffield Wednesday.

With an emphasis on quality and a hassle-free supply process, Leigh is responsible for the production of all our steel equipment. Outside work, he enjoys pursuing his lifelong interest in martial arts.

Bob is responsible for managing our more local projects and will be looking to continue the high-quality delivery with existing Clients as well as expanding these opportunities with new customers further afield. Outside of work Bob is a keen cricketer and is looking forward to taking to the field alongside his sons over the coming seasons.

Jemma deals with all things design-related for the business. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her dog and family on long walks in the peak district.

Mandy ensures the smooth running of the businesses both in the office and on-site. In her spare time, she likes spending time with her family and supports the Sheffield Steelers.

Paul attends the Chair meetings, where he offers his advice and guidance. In his spare time, he enjoys travelling, following rugby, and cooking.

Alyssia handles all of the business’s promotion, social media and marketing. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking and walking in the peak district with her dog, Alfie.

Alastair looks after the finances and the accounts for Lightmain. In his spare time, he enjoys rock climbing and walking in the Peak District.

Avika is a Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) Associate working with Lightmain and Sheffield Hallam University. In her spare time, she enjoys outdoor activities and travelling.

Taynie brings enthusiasm to her internship, supporting the team with administrative tasks while gaining valuable workplace experience. Outside of work, she loves dancing, walking her dog, and getting lost in a good book
